Respiratory stress, open-mouthed breathing, clicking sounds….could be due to air sac respiratory mites, aspergillosis (fungal – especially in parrots), a virus or other serious conditions which will require immediate vet care (emergency). Vitamin A deficiency in parrots can contribute to respiratory problems.
